Cancellation Policy

✅ Requirements to Take This Course To enroll in an instructor course, you must: Hold a current, valid AHA Provider card in the discipline you're becoming an instructor in (BLS, ACLS, or PALS). Complete the AHA Instructor Essentials Online Course prior to the in-person class. You must bring proof of completion. Submit the Instructor Candidate Application (provided after registration). 📦 What to Bring to Class Please bring the following: A copy of your current AHA provider card Proof of completion of the AHA Instructor Essentials course A photo ID Instructor manual (can be purchased separately or provided by the training center—please check ahead) Pen and paper or tablet for note-taking 📌 Important Policies Be on Time: Arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be allowed to participate and will need to reschedule. No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable unless the course is canceled by Cool Compressions Safety Net. Rescheduling: One-time rescheduling is allowed with at least 48 hours' notice. Completion Requirement: Attendance alone does not guarantee certification. Candidates must successfully demonstrate all required skills and pass the written exam. By registering for an instructor course, you agree to comply with the above requirements and policies.
